1. Overview

Our Referral Programme allows existing clients to earn commission by referring new investors to our platform.

2. Eligibility

Must be a verified Payden Global Assets client
Must have completed at least one investment cycle
Must be in good account standing
Must refer new users only

3. How It Works

Receive a unique referral link
Share it with others
Earn commission when they invest

4. Commission Structure

You earn 4% of the first deposit made by each referred client. No limits apply.

5. Commission Payment

Commissions are credited within 1 business day after confirmation of deposit.

6. Referred Client Requirements

Must register via your referral link
Must complete KYC verification
Must make qualifying first deposit

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

No fake accounts
No self-referrals
No spam promotion
No misleading claims

8. Tax Obligations

You are responsible for any taxes on referral earnings.

9. Changes to Programme

We may modify or suspend the programme with notice.

10. Programme Termination

We may remove participants for abuse or fraud.
